Hi There,
I noticed that analytics is not connecting data from my website – skiersplanet.com.
The google tag – G-G1XG4EZWBG – is located on the page. This is confirmed by Tag assistant as well. Analytics is all set in Rank Math ad stream is active.
Would greatly appreciate if one of you would take a look – and if its because it needs a rank math upgrade, thats what we do.
Kind Regards
Jacob

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your analytics not catching data from your website. Since you have confirmed that the Google tag is present on the page and that Rank Math is set up correctly, there are a few things we can check:
-
Ensure Correct Tracking Code: Make sure that the tracking code you are using is indeed for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and matches the measurement ID
G-G1XG4EZWBG
. You can verify this using the Tag Assistant tool to ensure it is correctly implemented on all pages. -
Check for Caching Issues: Sometimes, caching plugins can prevent the latest changes from being reflected. Clear your site’s cache and check again.
-
Verify Analytics Settings in Rank Math: Double-check that the Analytics settings in Rank Math are configured correctly and that the option to install the Analytics code is enabled if you are not using any other method to add the tracking code.
-
Data Delay: Keep in mind that there can be a delay in data appearing in Google Analytics, especially if it’s a new setup.
If everything seems correct and you are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or screenshots, and a human agent from our support team will take a closer look at your setup.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Resolving Rank Math Analytics Related Issues » Rank MathHello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please make sure that all permissions are given when setting up your Google account in Rank Math. Try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:
If you are still seeing zero stats, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:
Step #1.
First, add the following filter to your website:add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/Step #2.
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.
Step #3.
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi again,
I have done as you said – nothing happened. Cannot really see anything happened – other than a lot of files are now in que.
Here is the debug file from /wp-content/uploads/rank-math

Hope you can assist, thank you.

Hello,
We can see the Index Status data is getting fetched properly. However, please note that in the free version of the Rank Math plugin, we only fetch the data from your Google Search Console, not from your Google Analytics.
If you’re still not able to see the data from your Search Console, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
For the record – Google search console data I can see just fine – its only google analytics that doesnt show any data.
I think I solved the issue. Access revoked.
Hello,
We are glad that you managed to resolve the issue.
Can you please confirm if you still need our assistance with anything else or we can close the ticket?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hello,
Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
