Did you import the data from any other SEO plugin?
If yes, that is the reason why Overall Optimization shows No Data in Analytics.
The tests work when you open the post/product and then the JS for calculating the test runs. When the test runs and you hit the update button, the score is calculated and gets propagated to the list view and Analytics. Since you imported the keywords, the JS didn’t run and the score didn’t calculate. You will need to open the product, let the tests run, make optimizations based on our recommendations, save the product and the score will get propagated to the list view and Analytics.
Unfortunately, there is no feasible way to automate this process.
We recommend that you start with your most important products, open them, make changes as per recommendations made by Google, and then hit the update button.
If you were to import any other plugin from another SEO plugin – you would need to follow the same procedure.

C’mon guys, that’s not good enough. So basically, my punishment for leaving another seo provider to trust your plugin is that I will have to manually edit over 600 products and wait for each product, click on the analyse seo arrow, let system calculate, save them and head back to the Analytics section for some fancy numbers? Basically about 2 minutes on each product. No less than 1,200 minutes (min. 20 hours)?

Unfortunately, there is no way to automate the updating of scores in the post list as the scoring script only runs when you open a post.
We would not suggest automating that anyway. We tried automating it before but we ended up not recommend doing it.
As explained by my colleague, this may affect your search engine rankings since updating the product page will also update the modified date and Google will think you are trying to manipulate the date Google sometimes shows beside your search result (https://i.rankmath.com/BiZDrV).

Can you please tell me how you did it in the past so I can make an informed decision?
You surely can’t expect me to live with “No Data” being shown. Not acceptable.

Our developers tried different ways to update the scores in bulk upon importing but none of them were feasible and would consume a lot of server resources which could break some websites.
Please note, that this is the same situation for every other SEO plugin. When you import the data to a different one the scores are not imported.
