Google site kit is used to show your site analytics and set up Google tools on your site a single Dashboard inside WordPress. The analytics module in Rank math offers almost similar functionalities customized in our own way to help you improve your site optimization.
Therefore no need to having both plugins on your site at the same time. It might even lead to duplicate queries, as they both will be requiring data from your site GSC, which may lead to conflicts in the functionalities.

So in this case the red light indicator (against analytics point of menu) is not relevant.
