Analytics is not updating - Support

My Rank Math analytics is not updating/refreshing. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I feel I’ve tried everything.
I had RankMath Pro installed by a person I hired to manage my SEO, but have recently built a new website and I’m no longer using the private SEO service. Instead, my partner and I can handle it and are now using the base RankMath, which suits our needs. It’s a showit site, and RankMath is working, but will only show stats if I manually update the analytics from the Analytics settings.

Can you help me get this figured out? I’m at wits end here. Also, once working correctly, how often should it update?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The data in the Free version updates every 7 days. If it isn’t updating automatically then there must be some issue with CRON on your site. Please follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-1-3-check-cron-issues

Hello,

Thanks for the guide. I’ve looked through that and everything looks good. The only thing I saw that I would question is a CRON event. In section 1.2 of the guide, it talks about the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch event. I searched for that hook and did not find one. Is that an issue, and/or possibly why I’m not getting updates? If so, how would this happen?

I also followed section 1.3 and found no errors.

Yes, if there’s no action created, then this might be the core issue behind why the data is not updating.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,

I’ve checked your pending scheduled actions, and indeed the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch is missing.

To create it manually, I have created the filter in your Snippets plugin. The filter is already disabled as it only needs to run once.

You can now check the pending tab for the event and please monitor the Analytics data if they are already fetching the data automatically.
