Hi Anas, another question: I checked the GSC and found that because of this redirection, the URLs without the slash return a redirect error. However, the sitemap has URLs only with the trailing slash. Will the issue gets fixed once Google completes the indexing/crawling exercise? I’ve manually submitted all the “un-indexed” URLs again.
Is my understanding correct or am I being laughably stupid?
Hello,
All the URLs of your website have a trailing slash with it inside your sitemap so when Google crawls it again, the redirection error should go away. Kindly observe your GSC if you are still getting that error after a couple of days.
As for the indexing issue, please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

After doing so, please report back to us so we can continue debugging the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Jeremy, thanks for your reply. I’ve reconnected the Google account by clicking on “Reconnect” and signing into Google. Do I need to do anything else to force the “regeneration of the auth token”?
Hello,
Thank you for reconnecting the Google service.
I went ahead and manually fetched new data and the “Indexing Allowed” status has appeared for the URLs of your website.
Kindly check from your end if you are seeing the same.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hi Jeremy, thanks for your reply. Only one page shows the error now, for which I’ve placed a request for reindexing on GSC. Hopefully, this will also get fixed. Will keep you updated.
Hello,
We are glad your pages are getting indexed now, and only one remains with the redirect error. It should eventually get indexed.
