Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 min. but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.

I followed the provided steps. Import process supposedly completed. No longer see an import notice. Analytics database shows:
Storage days: 0
Data rows: 0
Size: 80 KB
Rank Math Overview shows 0 for all analytics.
I also have the Google Site Kit installed and the analytics from that are correct.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I have reconnected my analytics account and it appears to be working somewhat. The rank math analytics are no longer 0, but they do not match Google Site Kit values …

The statistics that appear in the Rank Math Analytics module won’t match with the data from the Google Search Console as we only track posts and keywords that rank in the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe. We do this to help make decision-making easier and for faster data processing since this is the data you really need to prioritize your SEO efforts on.
