    My website analytics data has not been updated since 26th June 2024, and as a result, I am unable to track my stats effectively.

    This ongoing issue is causing significant inconvenience and impacting my ability to monitor and analyze my website’s performance.

    Could you please investigate this matter and provide a solution? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible so that I can resume tracking my website stats accurately.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your analytics data not being updated since June 26, 2024. This can indeed be quite inconvenient when trying to monitor your website’s performance.

    Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Country-Wise Data: If you have set your analytics to show data only from a specific country, ensure that there are organic visitors coming from that country. If there is no traffic from the selected country, the graph will show zero traffic.

    2. Log Analytics Issues: If the above does not resolve the issue, you can create an Analytics debug log file. To do this, add the following filter to your WordPress theme’s rank-math.php file:

      add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

      After adding the filter, go to WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Scheduled Actions → Pending and run the pending Scheduled Action named rank_math/analytics/data_fetch.
      Run Rank Math Analytics data fetch manually.
      Once done, please share the Analytics debug log file found under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math with us using a file-sharing tool like WeTransfer.

    3. Self-Hosted Option: If you are using the self-hosted option for analytics, note that live tracking will not occur, and it may take 24 to 48 hours for Google Analytics to process the data. You can check this setting under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.

    4. Rebuild Index for Analytics: If you notice incorrect SEO scores or multiple entries in the Analytics module, you may need to rebuild the index for analytics by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics.

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
