    Rank Math business

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I checked the page source, the tracking code is present in the page source:
    analytics

Please clear your website cache, check the page source and search for gtag or UA-.

    I hope this helps.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I found this in the source code:
    ga-disable-UA-53922353-1

    Hello,

I checked the page source and wasn’t able to find ga-disable there:

Please check again and let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

I just visited the google analytics page and the data is all there. I’m wondering if Google is having issues.

FYI – it looks like Rank Math disables the google code while I’m logged in so that I don’t throw the count off.

    Hello,

It is most likely that you have enabled the option “Exclude Logged-in users” in the General Settings to exclude users that are currently logged in.
    GA

With that said, please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

This might be a new ticket… The thing that started this ticket is that the free version of Rank Math was not showing any data for Analytics on the dashboard. Is that normal? should I start a new ticket?

    Hello,

The option “Exclude Logged-in users” should also be available for Free users. If you are using a PRO version, please create a new ticket using your PRO account so we can further help you with your concern.

    Looking forward to helping you.
