Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Then update the plugin manually by following this guide:

Then reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again.
Once done, reconnect Rank Math to your Google account by going to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:

My web developer had downloaded the plugin and don’t know which email he had used.

In that case, please get in touch with your developer and reconnect the plugin with the email ID used to purchase the PRO version of Rank Math to trigger the auto-updates.
Also, after you’ve reconnected your Google account. Please follow these steps and see if the data populates accordingly:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 minutes but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.

I have performed the plugin conflict test, but the issue seems to persist. When I checked your PHP settings, some PHP values are too low to handle the processes.
Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

It seems that you are using a very old version of Rank Math PRO (refer to my screenshot here), please follow this guide instead and reconnect your account: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
I would suggest that you contact your developer to help you update your old PRO version to the latest version as your current version is causing the issue.
