    The Monster Insights plugin shows over 5000 page views on my site. But you plugin shows no activity on my site. Wny?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Could you please try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch? Please follow these steps:
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Also, do note that Monster Insights shared the same feature as Rank Math so keeping both of them might end up in conflicts.

    With that said, we would like to further check this issue on your admin dashboard but it seems you forgot to include your website’s URL. Please insert your website URL in the Sensitive Data section.
