“An error occured.”

    Hello,

When trying to run the first SEO Analysis, I get this message: “An error occured.”

I have tried “Flush SEO Analysis Data”, but this didn’t fix the issue.

My web host says: Access from that IP address and User-Agent string should currently be allowed. The only filtering rules we see are in the “public_html/.htaccess” file and they do not cover that IP address and User-Agent.

I previously opened a RankMath ticket about this, and you said “I have alerted the dev team to check and get back to you.” But you never got back to me. Then you closed the ticket saying it was “Resolved” — which it isn’t.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

The online version seems to be working fine:
    https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

I am not sure why the hosted version isn’t working for you.

We will need FTP logins of your server to take a closer look at this.

We look forward to helping you.
