    Hi,
    I have modified the slug of some pages to make them more SEO optimised but I wanted to revoke the auto redirect that Rank Math created and now it won’t let me go back to the original slug.
    I attach a video for you to see it:

    These are the solutions that I have tried to do but without success.
    I have emptied all the links that have been deleted in Rank Math.
    I have disabled Rank Math to see if it will let me go back to the previous slug and nothing.
    I have disabled all the plugins and nothing.

    Can you help me to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    We can see in your screencast that when you change the slug of that page and remove the -2 from the slug and update the page, the -2 is added again.

    This is not caused by Rank Math, rather it is the default behavior of WordPress. This means that you already have another post/page/CPT/media with the same slug (ventanas-de-madera).

    I logged into your website’s admin area and found that an image on your website has that same slug. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Since there are more than one item with the same slug and only one item can be accessed on a slug, WordPress added -2 to the current item.

    You can either modify the slug of the page or the attachment page to fix the issue.
