The categories you have as no-index are categories without content (posts) on them.
It is due to a feature Rank Math has, to set as no-index empty categories and tags, so you avoid penalizations for thin content. You can enable/disable that feature as I show you in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/kZwLOC But keep in mind it is good to don’t index empty categories and once you add to them some content, they will be automatically set as index.

How can be possible?, each category had posts if u navigate for each category can find many posts, also i re-save the permant link and move some posts to other categorys and didnt work still no-index, what can be the problem?

I am unable to use the troubleshooting mode to check the likely cause of the noindex tag on your site since it doesn’t seem to be added through in Rank math settings.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
