    Dear Supoort Team,

    I would like to infrom you that you have deducted 9858 rupess from my account without my permission,
    I am sharing you the screenshot please refund my amount or create a new user login with this mail ID.
    Payment Reference:- ECOM PUR/FS rankmath/fsprg.nl/240624/09:59/417610272013 amount is 9858.23
    I am looking at you for postive response.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We don’t see any transaction in your Rank Math account.

    It seems the purchase was done using a different email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?

    I have no Idea about mail ID that is registerd with you and I don’t have remember, should I complain to you or bank both case my amount will be refunded. but my concern is if you retrive that account credential to new one then you can proced.
