My sites 98 pages are constantly showing as no-index in the search console: https://grab.mogmachine.com/8LuP7NQ0
The default WP discourage setting is not incorrect: https://grab.mogmachine.com/yAubYzje
And there is no on page overides for any pages: https://grab.mogmachine.com/5zuGXK78Checking the source here: view-source:https://nonsurgicalclinic.co.uk/ shows it is not no-index: https://grab.mogmachine.com/wbu7WxrQ
So what on earth is causing this? Any ideas?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked your site and it seems to be set to index. Your URL is also included in the sitemap correctly and also indexed in Google serps:
Sitemap
SERPs(crawled and cached on 12 Aug 2020)
Could you please try to validate the URLs again on GSC and let us know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
It is finally starting to filter through, but google refuses to update the sitemap ..will just have to be patient.
Thank you.
Hello,
Please ensure you have excluded your sitemap from being cached by adding your sitemap URLs in the list of URLs/URIs to never cache on your site.
You should also make sure you have submitted just the main sitemap, unless advised otherwise.
If all that is done, Google will eventually fetch all your posts through your sitemap and successfully index your site fully.
Please let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I have done that …but it is really weird, google is showing the updated homepage but ignoring all meta data like the description which is specifically set in the RM plugin box: https://grab.mogmachine.com/kpubw4Bd and just returning the first chunk of text on the page: https://grab.mogmachine.com/9ZuXBDqB AND a page from the old site which no longer exists, has a 301 on it and annoyingly has incorrect data about the business (which is the pressure to resolve this).
Search console continues to show all pages as no-index: https://grab.mogmachine.com/12uJr09P but that dates back to the 11th .. and the validation shows as started on the 12th … but nothing changed since then.
I know google is not your fault …just thought i would lean on your greater experience.
Hello,
It is really weird, indeed. I think Google is slowly crawling your site and update its results (including the crawled pages in the sitemap). Why is it taking that much? Don’t know, maybe Google assigned you a low crawl budget for some reason.
But more than that, I can’t tell, it seems it is just a matter of time to see it working as you want.
Looking forward to help you.
Any help of feedback on this would be REALLY appreciated. My client is withholding payment on the project until Google shows the correct meta description …and it is getting to 2 weeks now and google shows as having indexed the pages …but still does not show the correct HP meta.
Would really appreciate some guidance.
What is strange is that google HAS indexed the new site and is showing in searches, but is not reading the RM meta data.
Google results: https://grab.mogmachine.com/xQuLnEOP which is just pulling first content in homepage, but meta is 100% set in the code: https://grab.mogmachine.com/04uqJvyR and has been since launch.
THIS is really concerning to me as it supports that for some reason the meta I am setting is not being read …and might justify why a page that literally does not exist: https://grab.mogmachine.com/kpub7llq is being shown in the results …. and causing me a HUGE amount of stress and legal issues for the client for reasons i will not get into.
Sorry to push ..but would really appreciate a look ..as search console has picked up the sitemap: https://grab.mogmachine.com/2NuyEp9z and so this should all be resolved …yet still all of the meta displayed in google is wrong.
To back this up further … this page: https://nonsurgicalclinic.co.uk/treatments/wrinkle-relaxing-injections/ was indexed two days ago and therefore should show this as the meta data as set in the plugin: https://grab.mogmachine.com/o0u8Ermp
This has been set for the last 3 weeks like this … BUT ..instead google shows this: https://grab.mogmachine.com/5zuGA4d8
Do you have any idea why these pages are now being crawled, but all RM meta data is being ignored. Myself and the client tirelessly went through the site setting every page up …and yet it seems to be for nothing.
Sorry for my daily posts …I am getting daily stress vfrom client on this so have to review and resolve.
I have followed this article to a T: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/meta-description-not-showing-properly-on-google/ ..and you can check the meta here: https://www.heymeta.com/url/nonsurgicalclinic.co.uk/treatments/derma-roller/ … but, google which crawled the page YESTERDAY: https://grab.mogmachine.com/7KuLPKYX STILL shows incorrect meta: https://grab.mogmachine.com/d5uE1KG0
for: https://grab.mogmachine.com/YEuoRn5WPlease don’t make me go back to Yoast!
Hello,
We are extremely soryr but Google has a mind of its own when it comes to these things.
The best an SEO plugin can do is let you add custom meta title and description and then add that data to your page’s source code for Google to see.
If Google is deliberately choosing to ignore what you have set and using something else – then there is something off about your custom SEO meta information which is making Google think that the info you provided is not relevant to the search query used by the user. For certain queries, Google will show the correct information which means they are seeing the data but choosing to ignore it for reasons best known to them.
If I had to guess, I would think they are doing that because you have this phrase only in your meta description:
Derma roller treatment fixes dark spots
There is not a single instance of “fix” word in your content. It could be something else though and that is completely normal for Google to ignore your meta description.
There is a whole article dedicated to this on SearchEngineJournal:
