Google is correctly excluding those URLs because the canonical on them is different and correct.
There is nothing to be worried about as far as Google and your visitors are concerned. It should not be linked to from your actual website unless you are using hard coded links in your menu, etc. .
If you disable the remove category base, it should work.
Please note that since you are using another plugin to customize your permalinks, it is not ideal to let Rank Math handle the permalinks as well.
