    Hello,
I’d like to submit, that some image alt text is not showing up in the source, even if they appear in the media library. I found many, but an example:
    [Moved to Sensitive Data section]
The Alt should be: “lemezlyukasztó gép” for this image:

Ahrefs just reported quite a few of them lately.

    Kind regards, Beata

  • I just see that I copied URL-s in the visible area. Please delete URL-s from showing up in common areas, as I’m not able to change it. + details, that most images are png-s and SVG-s. All SVG-s actually.
    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I just checked the affected images and the alt text is now showing as you can see in the screenshot I shared in the Sensitive Data section.

Can you please confirm if you are seeing the same thing from your end?

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Dear Jeremy,
thank you for your response. I made a double check in Chrome and Explorer, but the Alt texts are still empty. Please see my screenshot attached to the sensitive section.

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Dear Anas,

I added images with imgur. I was checking images in the source indeed. 🙂

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

This could be just a caching issue.

Could you please clear your website and browser cache and check again? I just checked from my end and I still do see the alt text.

If the issue persists from your end, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello!
I tried to upload the images again, and that way the ALT texts were started to show up. So I might just go over the missing ones then.
    Thank you for your help.
