    Hi I have been liaising with Bhanu and he suggested I raised a ticket to resolve an issue I am having with Rankmath regarding Alt text.

    I have uploaded images to my divi website using the methods prescribed by a video Bhanu sent me, so I know I am uploading photos and recording the Alt text sections correctly, however it still shows in the Rankmath list as an issue that needs fixing to increase my score.

    I have read online that this is an ongoing issue for Rankmath, for a couple of years with other users reporting this as an issue, but I can find no resolutions to the problem.

    Can you help please.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
