Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Your settings for the alt attribute in Rank math> General settings > Images were set to use the page/post title for the alt tag. If you wish to use this you can add the counter(
ZΓ€hler) variable in the settings.
For now I have changed your setting to %filename% which is meant to use the image name as the alt attribute.
Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
for my website is importatn the picture name (alt atribute).
If People search Boats on Google as like “Bayliner” i wish there finde pictures from my website from the ad Bayliner…. so the Alt Atribute have to take the “ad – text” to alt atribute.
The changes if you have make, are for all pictures, or only for the new one?
Thanks
Hello,
I am assuming Bayliner
is a post title. You can set the alt attribute in Rank math > General Settings > Images to use %title%.
The alt attribute settings take effect dynamically in the front end and will change for all images for the already published posts and new ones.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hi Michael,
i change the Alt Attribut Format in %title% %filename%
so if i look at a Add on my side. https://checkboot.com/index.php/ads/crownline-210-ccr/
and i look at code – there are alt=EEE A EAC CCFDD ….. and not the Title: Crownline ?!?
What i make wrong?
Tanks
Hi Bernd,
We can only change the alt text of images inside the content area when the images are added using WordPress “Add Media” option.
If you are using a plugin for galleries – Rank Math might not be able to automatically add the alt text.
In this case, you will have to manually change the alt text.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
