Are you using any page builders to add content and images to the posts?
If yes, please let us know which one you are using.
Also, please make sure that the ALT text is exactly matching the focus keyword that you are entering in Rank Math.
You can copy the focus keyword from the focus keyword field and paste it into the ALT text of the image and see if that helps.

Yes, I’m using Avia Layout Builder for my WordPress site.
And yes, the ALT Text does match exactly.
I assigned the Alt Texts from inside the Media section of my WordPress site.
I also noticed that Rank Math does not notice my H2 H3 H4 headers if I use the Special Headings Block drag and drop element; it only recognizes the H2 H3 H4 headers if I am using a Text Block and then make a H2 H3 H4 within that.
So I’m guessing it’s something within the Avia Layout Builder?

Rank Math is not compatible with the page builder that you are using and may not be able to read the content properly from its elements.
You would need to contact the developers of the theme and share this link with them to integrate our Content Analysis API in their page builder: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
