Yes, I have added alt tag there also, but still showing missing in Rank Math SEO however I can see that while inspecting the image
But I want to see the alt tag even in Rath Math SEO score

Please note that just because you have alt in media doesn’t mean it is showing up on the actual website. Without going into more detail, I would recommend checking the page source of your homepage and check the page source.
Look for the filename and check if there is really an alt text attached to it. If not, please check with your theme provider. If you see that particular image already has alt, please share the URL so we can check in more detail.
See, this is one of the image that is showing alt tag while inspecting the image but when I do rank math SEO for the same webpage, it is shown as add an image with alt tag.

Are you using a page builder to add that or using the Block Editor? Also, would be great if you can share the link of the page where that image is so we don’t have to hunt it down on your website.
This issue is occuring in every webpage, for example check this webpage, the image inserted in it are showing alt tag but missing in rank math SEO and yes I am using a page builder

Some of the content added using some page builders is not readable by Rank Math.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:

It is for all pieces of content added using WPBakery (your page builder plugin). Some of the content you add via WPBakery are not readable by Rank Math. You can contact the WPBakery team about this and share the URL I gave you for the API.
Or, you can simply ignore the test because it is serving its purpose even when it fails – which is to inform you that you need to go through a checklist for doing SEO. The fact that you are manually ensured the alt is present means that the webpage is okay.
The score is there only for your reference anyway and doesn’t affect your actual rankings. Treat it only as a to-do list, nothing more. Don’t try to live by it and don’t follow the tests religiously.
Of course, ideally, it would be perfect if the tests passed correctly but there are limitations on what we can and can’t read and your theme + how you add content plays a vital role.
