In the SEO Analysis, Rank Math will detect images with alt tags in them but it won’t check if it matches the focus keyword since the SEO Analysis is site-wide.

You would need to go to your page individually and ensure that the alt tags in the images in the content contain a matching focus keyword.

Please note that the results from the individual page tests are only referring to the actual post content and if the ALT tag is in an image from your header, sidebar, footer, or any other section that is not part of the actual page content the test will fail.

Looking at the source code we can’t be sure that the ALT tags that we see are present in the actual content of the page, but if you want us to have a closer look, please provide working WP credentials in the sensitive data section for our team to check the issue fully and provide better insights.

Looking at the homepage in the backend we don’t see any images applied without the use of shortcodes.

Those types of images are not detected by Rank Math unless the plugin that generates those has the Content Analysis API built in: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
