  • Hello over there,
I have added the alt attributes to the images on my home page but the seo analyzer still does not read them.
What could be the issue here?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Kindly share the URL of the affected site with us.

Please note that this feature does not extend to images that are inserted through your WordPress theme or page builder into various sections of your site, such as sliders, thumbnails, icons, headers, sidebars, footers, etc.

You should input alt text manually for those other sections.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I am sorry, I really don’t understand what you mean by “feature does not extend to images that are inserted through your WordPress theme or page builder”
Please note that the images I am referring to in this issue are those in my wordpress media library
I have added the alt attributes with content ai then edited a bit for better context

    Warm regards

    Hello,

The images reported in our SEO Analyzer tool are added to your homepage, however, they don’t have the ALT attributes.

If you have already added the ALT in the media gallery, then you may need to get in touch with your theme provider to add the ALT attributes on the frontend and source code.

    Looking forward to helping you.
