alt attribute images

Could you please confirm if you have already enabled the Add missing ALT attributes to your images in Rank Math > General Settings > Image?

If it’s not showing, then enable the Image SEO module in Rank Math > Dashboard.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

I checked your site and there are many images missing the alt attribute. Here is one for example:

As you have already enabled Add Missing ALT Attribute option, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Since our SEO Analyzer reads the page before user interaction and the images don’t have the ALT at that time, you will get that error due to the lazy load feature.

If you like the speed and other benefits of lazy loading your images, you can ignore that test. Please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page, please feel free to ignore them.
