Please disable the Redirect Attachments option from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Links. https://i.rankmath.com/fkzBim
Next, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Attachments > Media Robots Meta, and set it to Index. https://i.rankmath.com/OM30My
This would set the Attachment pages to Index.
