All the product URLs that you’ve shared are already indexed on Google. Please have a look at the screenshots in the sensitive data section.
A decrease in rankings can be due to many reasons, and one of the most common reasons is that Google multiple times in a month, releases algorithmic updates, and these updates hit many websites causing a temporary decrease in rankings.
In these cases, it is best to continue optimizing the products and always keeping an eye on the coverage report of your Google Search Console account. Currently, as per your screenshot, though 231 URLs are excluded, there are no errors shown.
You can click on the excluded section to see why those URLs are excluded and then fix the issues to get the URLs back to normal.
