It seems to have something to do with the last update.
Because I use RM with the same Theme and equal portfolio-items on another website with RM 1.0.42.3 without that 404 issue.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit, else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortunately all that seems to be a time-consuming workflow.
So, is there an opportunity to role back to 1.0.42.3?
Will all my SEO-settings, I did before the update was installed, still work if I leave RM deactivated?
I really would appreciate that.
Kind regards!
Because I have seen, that all my SEO information was gone, I reactivated RM to try what´s going on.
For now, all portfolio-items are reachable?!
And that although I did change NOTHING at the Plugin or on the whole Website.
To be honest, I don´t feel very comfortable with that situation.
Hello,
Yes, you can roll back to previous versions as I show you in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/FbDS0f
But the update shouldn’t have caused it so if you want, you can do as my colleague suggested and we can log in the website and check it.
To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
