All analytics on the dashboard and in the plugin are 0

Rank Math free

Hello, I would like to buy the PRO version, but as long as the plugin doesn’t work properly I won’t do it.
All analytics numbers on the dashboard as well as in the plugin overview are always 0.
For example:
Search impressions: 0
Total keywords: 0
Search clicks: 0
Avg. CTR: 0

Why is that? Can you please help me solve this, so that I can upgrade?

Here are some possible causes and solutions:

Google Search Console not connected: Rank Math uses data from Google Search Console. Make sure your website is verified on Google Search Console and that you’ve correctly connected it with the Rank Math plugin.

Data synchronization issue: Sometimes, there might be a delay or error in syncing the data from Google Search Console to your Rank Math dashboard. Try to manually fetch the data. You can do this by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console and clicking on the ‘Update Manually’ button.

Incorrect date range: Check the date range for which you are viewing the stats. If it’s set to a future date or a date before you installed Rank Math, the stats will show as zero.

Insufficient data: If your website is new, it might not have enough data for Google to report. SEO and the data that comes with it usually take some time to accumulate.

Plugin conflict: Sometimes other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. Try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if the issue resolves. If it does, enable them one by one to find the conflicting plugin.

@Josef Please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:

If you do not see any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.

A. Pre-check List

1. You should not be using any other Google Analytics plugin.

2. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free

3. Ensure that you are logged in to your account:

4. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

B. Refresh Tokens

1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

4. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes.

5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

6. Please check if the data shows up here:

If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the Copy System Info to Clipboard button
