Verify Website Connection: Make sure that your website is connected to the correct Rank Math account. You can check this in the Websites section of your Rank Math account. If your website is not listed, you may need to reconnect it. Follow these steps:
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
- If it shows as connected, choose Disconnect Account and then reconnect by clicking Connect Now.

Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. If you see a message indicating that you need to update, go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins and click Update Now for Rank Math.

We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
