    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

    Hi, Idid check to see if it was disconnected, and it was not.
    I did use the wizard, and it tells me that is connected.
    Also, forgot to mention that my world press crash ( corrupt file ) and I had to do every thing from cero.

    Hello,

    Please disconnect and reconnect it as part of the troubleshooting steps, even if it is showing connected. Head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab and disconnect it there.
