AI Credits went to wrong webiste

    Hello,

    I just purchased AI credits, but it went to the wrong website. I own both iykykblog.com and bestelectricproducts.com and have rank math on both of the sites.

    The credits went to iykykblog.com, but I wanted them to go to my other site bestelectricproducts.com. I think this happened because I paid with PayPal and it used the wrong email.

    The email used was b******@g******** (which is connected to iykykblog.com), but it should have been i********@g******** (which is connected to bestelectricproducts.com).

    Can you please transfer them over to bestelectricproducts.com?

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
