If you’re unable to see the credits on your account, please head over to your Rank Math account here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Then check if you are able to see your remaining credits as shown in this screenshot:

If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Also, we have added an icon above the Research Keyword field in the Content AI tab to get the credits left for the user’s account. Please update to the latest version of Rank Math plugin and you should see this option to refresh the credits

i have down everything you said however the credits are not refreshing on my site

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and Rank Math account logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
