AI Credits not showing on https://www.highendweb.co.za/

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Go to your Rank Math account by visiting this link.
2. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits there.
   
3. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area:
   • Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
   • Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
     
     
4. After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits again to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We have gone ahead and disconnected your website from our side so you can reconnect it. This is to properly sync your website to our system.

You should see in your WordPress dashboard that your Rank Math account is disconnected from the plugin.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account again. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
