We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
Once logged in, check your credits by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Website or directly visit this URL: Rank Math Account Area. Here, you should see the correct remaining credits for each website.
If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please go to your WordPress admin area and follow these steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect your Rank Math account.
- Reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI credits count again to ensure it displays correctly.
If you still encounter issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

UPDATE:
I clicked the little refresh wheel on the bottom of the AI settings tab and that reset my AI credits.
