AI credits gone after moving to live site and schema type

    Rank Math free

I moved my dev site to live and after reconnecting to my Rank Math account in WordPress, the credits are gone. When I try to refresh them in WordPress, it says, I should reconnect my account. I already reconnected 3 times and I have 545 / 750 credits left. Account is 100% connected, it looks like this in WordPress: https://imgur.com/9skvMCc

It also says next to the refresh button: Das Guthaben wird am 1970-01-01 01:00 am verlängert … the date seems wrong to me :). So somehow the domain change from dev to live broke it. Please check and fix or tell me how to fix it.

I also changed the page type from “article” to “service” in the setup wizard, the changes do not reflect on the frontend, its still “article”. How can I change that?

    Thanks
    Andreas

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issues you are facing with your Content AI credits and the schema type after moving your site from development to live. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Regarding Content AI Credits:

It seems that the domain change may have caused a disconnect in how your credits are being recognized. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

    1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account where your credits are allocated. You can verify this by visiting your Rank Math account area.
    2. Reconnect Your Account: Since you’ve already tried reconnecting multiple times, please try the following:

      • Go to your WordPress admin area.
      • Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
      • Disconnect your Rank Math account again and then reconnect it.
      • After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and clicking the refresh icon.

      Refresh Content AI Credits

    3. Check for Errors: If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent can assist you further.

    Regarding Schema Type:

To change the schema type from "article" to "service" and ensure it reflects on the frontend, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to the page or post where you want to change the schema type.
    3. Scroll down to the Rank Math meta box (usually below the content editor).
    4. Look for the Schema tab and select the appropriate schema type (in this case, "Service").
    5. Save or update the page/post.
    6. Clear any caching plugins you might be using and check the frontend again.

If these changes do not reflect, please ensure that there are no caching issues or conflicts with other plugins that might be affecting the schema output.

We hope this helps! If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent will assist you further.
