AI credits gone after moving to live site and schema type

It seems that the domain change may have caused a disconnect in how your credits are being recognized. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account where your credits are allocated. You can verify this by visiting your Rank Math account area.

2. Reconnect Your Account: Since you’ve already tried reconnecting multiple times, please try the following:

   • Go to your WordPress admin area.
   • Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
   • Disconnect your Rank Math account again and then reconnect it.
   • After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and clicking the refresh icon.

   

3. Check for Errors: If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent can assist you further.

Regarding Schema Type:

To change the schema type from "article" to "service" and ensure it reflects on the frontend, follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area.

4. Look for the Schema tab and select the appropriate schema type (in this case, "Service").
5. Save or update the page/post.

We have manually disconnected the concerned websites from our end. When you log in to your website now, you should see it disconnected from your account.

Please reconnect it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
