The issue we could observe on your site is that you are using the Rank Math PRO plugin although you do not have a current PRO subscription thus the PRO plugin is outdated.
It is advisable to deactivate the PRO plugin if you do not want to continue the PRO subscription. Not to worry the PRO-specific settings are safe in the database should you want to resubscribe in the future.
Please either make a subscription to Rank Math PRO or deactivate the PRO plugin, then follow this guide:

However, if the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the pop-up notification shown when refreshing the credit with us by using a tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check the issue further for you.
