Please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, check your credits by going to your Rank Math account area at this link.
If the credit count appears correct there but is still not showing in your plugin, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI section to request the updated credits from our server.

When you log in to your website now you should see it being disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect it by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
