I purchased the AI Content Creator Subscription but it’s not updating the credits. Can someone help me with this?

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your AI Content Creator Subscription credits. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

Once logged in, navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: My Account – Websites. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

If the credit count appears correct but is not updating on your website, please go to your WordPress admin area and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
2. Disconnect your Rank Math account.
3. Reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server. Here’s how to refresh:
