    Hi I bought 50 credit
    received an email saying download but can’t find any anywhere
    when I refresh the credit arrow still stays a zero
    thank you for your help
    I paid with paypal

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    We can check that you have used a total of 33 credits on your site and 37 are left(including the credits that come with the PRO subscription).

    You can confirm that in the Websites section of your Rank Math account.

    Hello,

    Before merging the accounts under a single one you had already used 30 Content AI credits on the website. When you purchase the additional 50 credits you would get a total of 70 credits on your account.

    If we take the 30 previously used from that number we get to 40 available credits, which are now less than that because you have used some more.

    Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
