    Hi There,

    We have RankMath Pro on our website (mcleodwindows.com) and we never received our AI credits.
    I saw on one of your posts that we were supposed to receive 15 when we purchased the Pro version. Please advise.

    Hello,

    I was able to see the AI credits being added to that account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
    disconnect account
    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
