Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

I don’t know how to use that tool. Is there no way you can upload an image to the chat, like all the other chat systems? By the way, cloudflare is marking your website as a ‘bad gateway’
Basically, your payment system is not working and I would like to purchase the basic AI model. I have been trying for 2 days and it is a little frustrating. I have tried with Visa several time, (I do not have any issues using it to pruchase other plugins and services from all round the world) I have also tried PayPal.

You are trying to purchase the plugin from Italy with a PayPal account that is not from Italy and that triggers a security flag in our payment provider.
The country of residence and the PayPal account need to be from the same country so that the payment can go through.

I am resident in Italy and my Visa card is registered in Italy. My PayPal account is registered in Italy. This is not the first time that I have paid for goods and services online. However, your system is the only one that I have come across that doesn’t work.
Please let me know if you are able to resolve this problem. If not, there seem to be plenty of other plugins that will provide these services without any issues.

As we mentioned, our payment provider detected a mismatch in the countries and thus cannot proceed with the payment for the subscription.
The screenshot clearly shows that the country of the PayPal account is not Italy as we mentioned above. We cannot override the security flags from the payment provider.

The paypal account is definitely registered in Italy although displayed in English. I have no address other than in Italy. My Visa card is also registered to my Italian address. Anyway. I am deleting the plugin and transferring to another provider. Please either delete all details of my account with you, or let me know how to do it.
