I still cleared chache, repaired my SQL Database and used all Tools from Rankmath for reset. Nothing of that was the right solution.

If you are certain that Rank Math is causing the issue, you may temporarily deactivate the plugin and try checking it again on Ahrefs.
Also, please get in touch with your web host and ask them to ensure the following values are met:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

Thanks for you answer. After deactivating Rankmath an clear the Cache the timeout still exist. A few days ago i save my permalinks again that there is a clear .htaccess File also.
The requests to the Holster is Out, what i know is that my Server must have 512M, the Rest Parameters i am Not Sure.
The thing is that WordPress also didn’t Shows troubleshot.
Before i switched to WordPress i User GRAV CMS and there wasnt this timeout Problem. Since around 2 Month i use WordPress and now since 7th June the Problems I had. In this time there was the WordPress 6.0 Update and also a Rankmath update too, thats why i ASK here.
Is any conflict known Rankmath with the Plugin: Link whisper, that i tried temporary, but removed it.

My webhoster sent me the paremeter from the Server, some of them are high than needed and 512M was what i know before.
Do you have any ideas what else i can check? Are there other known User with this Problem?

As the issue persists when Rank Math is deactivated, this is most likely an issue with the web host.
Rank Math is compatible with the latest WordPress version and there are no known conflicts with the Link Whisper plugin.

Thanks for the additional Help. Yesterday I made some Tests at the end i’ve seen that my curl Version was only 7.29. For WordPress is a higher curl Version recommended. I pleased the hoster Support to Update the curl Version. I let you know when its done if it was the right solution for my timeouts.

Actually it’s not planed to Update but it will come with an Operation system Update maybe later…whenever. The reason is that a Lot of WordPress Sites are running sucessful so they dont See the need actually.
It doesnt bring happyness to me, the customer.
OK after another Message to the hoster i See now a Message this night will come a maintenance, so tomorrow i will check what they have changed.

The Problem is solved. I sent another Message to the webhoster because i found in my error.log failures called:
[Mon Jun 14 14:16:06xxxxx 2021] [ssl:warn] [pid xxxxxxx:tid xxxxxxxx] AH01909: RSA certificate configured for xxxserver.de:443 does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
The reason was that they blocked a few days ago some ahrefs IPs because of to much Traffic.
They removed the IP Block and now is crawling fine.
So it’s not a Problem caused of Rank Math!
