This is the home page and we added this to the schema but it didnt show up.
We added the same on other service page and we could see the review rating on the search engine.
Is there any way we can let the home page to have the rating as well.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the aggregate rating not showing on your homepage. It seems that you have correctly structured the schema for aggregate rating, but there are a few things to consider:

    1. Schema Type: Ensure that the schema type you are using on your homepage is appropriate for displaying aggregate ratings. The CreativeWorkSeries type may not be the best fit for aggregate ratings. Consider using a more specific type like Product, Service, or another relevant type that supports ratings.

    2. Validation: Use the Google Rich Results Test to validate your schema markup. This tool can help identify any issues or warnings that might prevent the aggregate rating from appearing in search results.

    3. Content Relevance: Google may choose not to display ratings if it deems the content on the homepage less relevant for such rich snippets. Ensure that your homepage content is aligned with the aggregate rating you are trying to display.

    4. Time for Indexing: Sometimes, it may take time for Google to index changes made to your schema. If you’ve recently added the aggregate rating, it might not appear immediately.

    5. Check Other Pages: Since you mentioned that it works on other service pages, compare the schema implementation and content of those pages with your homepage to identify any discrepancies.

If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
