It seems that you are using the PRO version of our plugin but your account only shows a Free subscription. Could you please share with us the email address used to make this purchase so that we can merge the two accounts?
Regarding your issues, if you are using Schema Templates of some kind that is only available in the PRO version and we only provide support for such features if the user can verify the purchase of the plugin.
