Giving a Rank Math license to the winner of an event: Unfortunately, this is not allowed either. The licenses are meant for the agency’s own use on client websites and cannot be transferred or given away as prizes.

If you buy either the Business or Agency plan, your license will be shared across your portfolio.
You can do this by setting up Rank Math and connecting their website with your plan.
Rank Math does not make use of license keys for the purposes of upgrading to Rank Math PRO. Instead, you only have to connect your Rank Math account and confirm your subscription to get Rank Math PRO activated on your or client’s website.
We only provide one login account for each account, so I guess giving out Rank Math PRO to your customers or winners is not possible.
Option number 2 might be possible if you will be the one to set up the theme for your clients.
If you still have any questions, just reply and we will be more than happy to clarify any doubts you might have.

To clarify further, with the Agency plan, you’re able to provide SEO services for up to 750 client websites(Black Friday sale) that you manage directly, connecting each site to your Rank Math account to activate PRO features. This allows you to handle SEO optimizations and monitor analytics from your dashboard.
However, the license cannot be shared or resold as part of any product package, bundle, or giveaway. The license connection is exclusive to your Rank Math account and cannot be distributed as a standalone feature. If you are selling web services or packages, you can set up and connect Rank Math on your clients’ sites as part of your services, but clients would not have independent access to a Rank Math PRO license.

Business and Agency licenses are mostly used by digital agencies that provide design, development, and SEO services and can be used as an added benefit to your packages.
For example, you can sell a design and SEO package on your website where you install the PRO features for the user who buys that package from your website.
What you cannot do is resell the plugin as is, it should always be part of the services you are already offering in your company.
You can also offer to connect a website to the PRO features if someone wins a contest you are promoting, that is acceptable.
The one thing you need to be aware of is that all the support for the PRO features is done through your account so if one of your users has an issue you need to submit tickets on their behalf and deal with it yourself.
