Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This problem can result from inconsistent write permissions on your wp-content folder. To fix this, you will need to login to your site via FTP and head over to the wp-content/plugins folder and then delete the seo-by-rankmath folder.
Next, perform a fresh install of the plugin by heading over to Plugins > Add new.
PS: This will not cause any data loss.
