Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thank you very much for your indications, what I have done to resolve it has been to go back to the previous version, there I have been able to verify that everything was working well and I have returned to update to the latest version …, this time correctly.
It is possible that in the previous update something happened that did not allow its correct operation.
