    After registred the Rank I don’t have acces login my website report for consumer protection because my website disconnect after registred the rank!

    To resolve this, you can try the following steps:

    1. Disconnect Your Account: Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. From there, choose Disconnect Account.

    2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, you can reconnect by clicking on Connect Now in the same settings. Make sure to select the correct account associated with your website.
      Click Connect Now

    3. Activate Your License: If you have multiple PRO licenses, ensure you select the correct one from the drop-down list before clicking OK, Activate Now.
      Activate Rank Math PRO Subscription

    Once you have reconnected your account, check if your website appears in your Rank Math Account Area.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please confirm after installing the Rank Math plugin you’re not able to access your website? If so, please access your FTP or your CPanel’s File Manager, locate your website’s root directory and navigate to wp-content > plugins, and delete or rename the folder seo-by-rank-math. This will uninstall the Rank Math plugin from your website.

    Once done, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section so that we can check this issue further for you.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
