Hello sir, when you publish one post after that within 10 minutes 10 previous published post automatically goes to draft. You can recheck it again or publish any post which is in the draft or new post then you can see that the published post automatically goes to draft after publish.
I request you to please login and publish any new post or draft post then check within 5 Min you can see it happen

It could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using since in my local installation I was not able to reproduce it.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

when I just publish a post with a title only and have not to body text then post will not go to the draft. But when I write an article with title, meta, body, and do SEO with rank math then after publishing the post it will automatically go to draft.
I request you just publish any post from my draft then you will see the problem. Please sir try one time to understand the problem.

I have been able to narrow down the issue to an issue with resource limit.
It is doesn’t seem to be caused by Rank math since it happens even with Rank math disabled. Using the troubleshooting plugin I added to your site(following this guide), if you enable only Rank math, you will see the posts are published just fine.
