After payment Subscription is reflecting FREE

    After payment the renewal, the subscription turned to FREE instead of PRO.
    Request you to check and help us with this regard ASAP.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

    It seems that your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.
